Miranda Hawk is the co-founder and a Chief Learning Strategist at Creative Discourse, LLC and a communications professor at Madison College. With specialized expertise in instructional design, performance, and communication studies, she develops diagnostic learning solutions and tailored coaching for mid-to-enterprise organizations. Miranda specializes in transforming how teams evaluate evidence, frame problems, and communicate high-stakes decisions.

Darby Price has been designing curricula, training and mentoring fellow educators, and teaching writing, research, and rhetoric at the college level for the last fourteen years. She is a Continuing Lecturer at UC Irvine and a working writer whose creative practice informs her teaching--and vice versa! As co-founder of Creative Discourse, Darby brings that same mix of creativity and proven expertise to help you navigate your own workplace communications development.
