Refunds are available only if a digital product or course is technologically unusable or defective for the client. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Live consulting or coaching sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable once delivered.

Creative Discourse LLC provides professional education, coaching, and communication training services. We do not provide legal, psychological, or counseling services.

All recommendations and feedback are based on communication theory, leadership principles, and instructional design best practices.

Clients are responsible for decisions made using or applying course or consulting materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Discourse LLC and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or website.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the services or request a refund as described above.
